GET A GOLD MEDAL SMILE!!!

Children should have their first dental visit at age 1.  Here at the Pediatric Dental Center in Warren, your dental provider will educate you on early childhood caries, when to expect changes from primary to permanent teeth, proper brushing and flossing techniques, oral habits, dental sealants. Parents will also learn about the importance of regular dental examinations.

Visit your dental provider at least every 6 months for a cleaning and exam.

Children’s teeth are meant to last a lifetime, and a healthy smile is important to a child’s self-esteem. With proper care, a balanced diet, and regular dental visits, their teeth can remain healthy and strong!

Dental sealants can help protect your child’s teeth and save money. Sealants form a protective barrier that helps prevent bacteria from causing tooth decay. Ask your dentist about sealants.

A balanced diet, limiting snacks, brushing and flossing each day and regular dental check-ups are the keys to a lifetime of healthy teeth and gums.

Mouth guards are an important piece of protective face gear. They cushion blows that might otherwise cause broken teeth, injuries to the lips and face and sometimes jaw fractures. Ask your dentist about a mouth guard to protect your child’s smile.
